1. PURCHASE PROCEDURES
Connecting to the website, you can directly purchase our products and view the technical specifications. To purchase, just place your chosen products in the cart. To proceed, click the “Order” button. This operation does not bind the customer to make a purchase. Then an order form will appear, where you can insert your personal data, choose the form of payment, the shipping address and the conditions of sale, which, if accepted, will confirm your order. Once you have checked the details of your order and that the data inserted are correct, the order form will be forwarded to SOC AGRICOLA GIORNI SNC di Nicola Maria Patrone. The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery if, after checks, the data inserted should be incorrect or incomplete.
2. TRANSPARANCY AND PRODUCT PRICES
Prices listed for all the products in the online shop include VAT.
Shipping costs are disclosed when the total price of the order is calculated, and vary according to the type of shipping chosen (standard or express). Shipping costs are indicated in the cart before making the purchase.
3. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Our products are sent by the Italian Postal system (Poste Italiane) and express couriers, with the following delivery times:
ITALY
-STANDARD: within 5-7 working days
-EXPRESS: within 1-3 working days

Delivery times may vary at certain times of the year (bank holidays) due to foreseeable delays in freight traffic.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Please specify an address, where someone will be available to receive the order throughout the entire day. If the delivery is attempted but no one is available to accept the package, the customer will be liable and will have to telephone the headquarters of the Poste Italiane or the courier in order to arrange a new release-date, if it’s not possible the customer will have to go to the headquarters to get the goods.
5. WARRANTY

6. PAYMENT

7. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
According to the Legislative Decree no.206 of 06/09/2005 and subsequent additions and amendments, concerning the protection of consumers with regard to long distance contracts, if you are a consumer that has acted for purposes unrelated to your professional activity, you may cancel your purchase contract. You will accomplish the cancellation by returning the purchased goods to SOC AGRICOLA GIORNI SNC di Nicola Maria Patrone. You will get a refund of the paid price, without having to pay any additional charges or penalties. You may cancel the purchase within 10 working days from the delivery date, following the Cancellation procedure explained below. However, this right cannot be exercised in the following cases:
– Perishable food products;
– Customised or clearly personalised goods or goods which, by their very nature, cannot be sent back or can deteriorate or rapidly alter;
– Packed and sealed products that have been opened by the customer.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
In the event of exercising the right of cancellation, you must return the received goods, intact and unused, at your own expense to SOC AGRICOLA GIORNI SNC di Nicola Maria Patrone, within 10 working days starting from the delivery date, attaching a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The goods must be returned via insured prepaid freight. Packages sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted. SOC AGRICOLA GIORNI SNC di Nicola Maria Patrone will refund you, after receiving notification in which the customer states his/her wish to cancel the purchase. Any shipping and home delivery cost will be borne by the customer. The essential condition for exercising the right to cancellation is that goods and packaging shall be intact.
In all cases of return, all shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION
The Italian Law governs these General Conditions of Sale. Any dispute arising from the contracts governed by these General Conditions of Sale, shall be settled by the competent court of Potenza.
